Eligibility for Returns

You may return items purchased from Numismaticas under the following conditions:

  • Original Packaging: Items should be returned with all original packaging, certificates of authenticity, and any other documentation included with the purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom Orders: Items that have been specially ordered or customized to your specifications.
  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.
  • Damaged Items: Items that have been altered, damaged, or show signs of wear after delivery.

Return Process

  2. Receive Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
  3. Pack and Ship: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, including all documentation. Clearly write the return authorization number on the outside of the package. Ship the package using a trackable and insured shipping method. Numismaticas is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund:

  • Inspection: Our team will inspect the returned item to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and then place a new order for the desired item.
